To Divine, music is a collage of memories, perspectives and ideas. Nigerian-born, and raised in Melbourne, Australia, he intertwines a diverse range of afrodiasporan and global club sounds. Yet, the emphatic percussive elements of his curation are captivating and familiar. His energetic and unique selections are often interspersed with voice messages showcasing the thoughts, reflections and experiences of creative individuals from around the world.

Divine leads SLOWDANCr, an event program and community dedicated to storytelling through black culture. Through education and intentionality, he aims to contribute to a collective movement cultivating progression and forward-thinking in art for all.
