Oscar Atanga

Oscar Ngu Atanga is a sound artist, researcher, and curator who channels ancestral Cameroonian rhythms, frequencies, and practices to craft immersive sonic narratives that resonate deeply across cultural and physical spaces.

As a selector, Atanga imaginatively crafts dynamic sonic journeys that flow seamlessly across eras, styles, and moods. Grounded in dubby experimentalism and Afro-diasporic polyrhythms, his sets combine narrative depth with the fluid spontaneity of an improvisational instrumentalist.

Oscar is a resident of African Acid Is the Future, a Berlin-based art collective and global platform.
