Drawing on David Abram’s text ‘The Spell of the Sensuous’, Pauline Oliveiros’ concept of ‘Deep Listening’ and Annea Lockwoods’ ‘A Film about Listening’, this show explores sound and listening as ways to reconnect to our senses, process and counteract the ‘disturbing, mixed-up, troubling and turbid times’ (Haraway) that characterise our present-day reality on earth.
